Today I get this error as well:
~~~~
The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in "org.eclipse.egit.ui" was unable to instantiate class "org.eclipse.egit.ui.internal.repository.NewRepositoryWizard".
org.eclipse.egit.ui.internal.repository.NewRepositoryWizard
