Getting o.e.wst.jsdt.ui into my workspace, I see a compile error in 
NewCUCompletionUsingWizardProposal line 166 :

Null pointer access: The variable wizard can only be null at this location	NewCUCompletionUsingWizardProposal.java	/org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.ui/src/org/eclipse/wst/jsdt/internal/ui/text/correction	line 166	Java Problem

Sorry it wasn't clear to me that a patch would help in this case... plus I had no idea at all what the intent of that code was so coming up with a patch would have been hard.
