Setting a table cell's alignment to top produces style="text-align: top;".
Must be "vertical-align".
Bug is in 
org.eclipse.mylyn.internal.wikitext.textile.core.block.TableBlock.processLineContent(String, int)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create textile file with content |^NotOnTop|a<BR/>b| 
2. Take a Preview
