One has exported model element and wants to import it in an project, but ECP only offers *.ecm files in dialog, i.e. exported projects. If one would select "All files" option in open dialog, import works nice. So, open dialog should offer right extension by default.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Export some model element (not project).
2. Try to import it into project.
3. Open dialog only offers *.ecm files.

*.ecm is the extension which is offered on export, too. That mean if you export a model element, you usually get an ecm file, dont you? Or maybe just the name "project file" is confusing?

The default extension offered was *.ucm, not *.ecm. Has been fixed, see Bug #353215.
