Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity
2. Add annotation with text field
3. Update annotation text value
4. Select some item in Tigerstripe explorer and select Entity
5. Open annotation view and see that text value is not saved

Now annotation save dialog is displayed.
