I20110913 running on orion.eclipse.org

- Click "Link Folder"
- Enter a name, and a server path like "/dev"

Nothing seems to happen. This is actually forbidden but the failure message does not propagate to the end user.

Also, I thought we used to entirely hide the "link folder" command when it wasn't permitted (such as on orionhub, orion.eclipse.org, etc).
