When directly deleting an element from the diagram the following exception occurs:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a diagram and mark the element you want to delete.
2. Open context menu of the element and select "Delete selected element"
3. -> exception occurs (see above)
The element is removed in the model tree, but it still exists in the diagram and cannot be removed!
After saving, closing and reopening the diagram, the element is disappeared in the diagram, but the feature is not usable.
