In the Java editor, there is an annotation column on the right hand side, at the right of the scrollbar, beneath the maximize-icon. On Mac OS X, in Eclipse 3.7 this column does not display anything. The same version on Windows does not show this problem, and Eclipse 3.6 didn't show this problem on Mac OS X, either.

The contents of this column can be configured in preferences General/Editors/Text Editors/Annotations. I already checked that the settings there are like they should be.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit some Java file, make an error in the code or mark an occurrence.

Are you on Lion?

Yes, 10.7.1. I don't have any 10.6 installations left to try here, sorry.
