When i install some new plugin (from Install new Software) or when i remove some plugin from eclipse if i don't restart eclipse when operation finished (When eclipse ask me what to do), i can't then close eclipse anymore, the X close botton don't work anymore.

Also scrollbar inside views don't work properly anymore ...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install new plugin from Install new Software section
2.When installation done respond "not now" or "Apply Changes now" 
3.You can't close eclipse anymore from X Button, you have to close eclipse from File -> Exit menù
