This issue also occurred in delete project.
1. There are two project A and B, set the Build Paht for B, check A in both 'Project' and 'Order and Export' Tabs
2. Delete project A
3. Open properties for B and close it, then open it again

The A disappeared in 'Project' Tab but still appear in 'Order and Export' Tab and can NOT uncheck it
