ReferenceDescriptionSorter#sortByProject() currently assumes that the first segment of a reference's source URI corresponds to the Eclipse project name of the reference. This is only true for platform:/resource URIs. Instead the code should be using the IStorage2UriMapper for this. See attached patch for details.
