1. Create a static lib project with MS VC++ toolchain
2. Add 2 or more source files
3. Console shows this:
Build error
Generated resource conflict: 
two resources of the same name: /testStatic4/Debug/testStatic4.lib 
generated by different tools 
tool1: Library Manager (lib) 
tool2: Library Manager (lib)

This is because multipleOfType is not set to true for the Lib tool input type

Fixed in 8.0.1 and master.
