In order to have a mirror of the BPEL Git repository, you should put into the project metadata of soa.bpel (via the portal) the URL of the repository.
Once repo is mirrored on github, you have access to a lot of cool tools.

It does not seem to have mirrored the repository at GitHub... You should probably ask the git mailing list: https://dev.eclipse.org/mailman/listinfo/git
