In Indigo, if I specify the -configuration option on the command line, then I can't install any plugins. Every one that I have tried gives the error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software currently installed: Shared profile 1.0.0.1308119049667 (SharedProfile_epp.package.java 1.0.0.1308119049667)
  Missing requirement: Shared profile 1.0.0.1308119049667 (SharedProfile_epp.package.java 1.0.0.1308119049667) requires 'org.maven.ide.eclipse [1.0.0.20110607-2117]' but it could not be found

I do not get this error if I try installing the same plugins without specifying -configuration on the command line. I also do not see this problem when doing the exact same thing in Helios. This is a major issue for our organization because we use shared installs of Eclipse with separate configuration directories. As of right now, we are not able to roll out Indigo to the whole organization because of this bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Indigo from the command line with the command: "./eclipse -configuration ~/.eclipse"
2. Help->Install New Software
3. Work with: http://download.eclipse.org/releases/indigo
4. General Purpose Tools->Eclipse Plugin-Development Environment
5. Click "Next"

Result: "The operation cannot be completed.  See the details."
