Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity
2. Create dangled annotation 
3. Select Entity in Tigerstripe explorer and select "Annotations/Attach
Dangling Annotation..." in dropdown menu 
4. Add dangling annotation

See that annotation in not displayed in TS explorer (with enable preferences to display annotations)
Annotations are displayed when I save some changes in project
