We need to update the injected to also support OSGi services. The current injector is also not current so that there will be problems in Juno.

I've updated to the latest e4 Runtime DI. However, there are a couple of open questions especially regarding GC when dealing with dynamic injection. Thus only proxies can be injectede at this time.

I'll leave the bug open because the current implementation does not do dynamic updates.
