Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project with Entity
2. Add 2 methods for Entity
3. Rename one method to the same name as another method
4. Delete one of methods from Tigerstripe explorer
Open Entity in editor and see that there are no methods. But the method is displayed in TS Explorer

When I try to delete one of methods from editor, error is occured on save changes
