Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project Project1
2. Create Tigerstripe project org.eclipse.tigerstripe.test.module (the same name as installed module) and add Entity 
3. Open dependency tab for the project and add org.eclipse.tigerstripe.test.module  
4. Add reference to project org.eclipse.tigerstripe.test.module from Project1
5. Add annotation for Entity in referenced project
6. Delete project org.eclipse.tigerstripe.test.module

See that annotation file is exists but there is no warning messages that there are annotations without artifacts
