1. In a C++ project in the project explorer, select a directory, right click and choose New->New Class
2. Click the "Add..." button to the right of "Base classes:"
3. It takes a loooooong time for the class selection dialog to appear.

I experimented using TypeSelectionDialog in the past to fix this. It seemed promising.

Woops, I think I meant ElementSelectionDialog.
