Build Identifier: 

I can't download the source drops for version 4.1 and 4.2m1.  I'm building a deb file builder for Eclipse, so it's kinda vital that I can download the source.  I'll look into downloading from the repo directly, but I rather get the source of a labeled build.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  I goto http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/
2.  click on any build
3.  click on "Access the Source Builds page."
4.  click the download link
5.   get a "Eclipse downloads - file unavailable" page

Sorry I missed proper triage of this bug, but think it is essentially a dup of bug 374428 with transformed into "we won't provide source drops any longer", but from what I've heard, others can "get the source for a build" relatively easily, and independent of the builds, per se, and hope they provide a general mechanism to make available to others; bug 376451.
