Build Identifier: I20110613-1736

In Eclipse 3.5.X and before the Project Explorer preserved the folding (folded or unfolded) status of the projects. It is a usefull behaviour, every time i start eclipse i need to setup my working directorys (unfold them) to, so i can not restart my work where i left Eclipse last time.

Since i use multiple Eclipse windows, i am used to configure both project-explorer Trees differently. One Window is for logic and focuses backend-code and one is for Layout and focuces on frontend-code. I need to restore each folding manually, every time i (re)start eclipse.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. fold and unfold some directories from your favourite project X
2. restart eclipse
3. eclipse shows your favourite Project X all folded.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the "stalebug" whiteboard tag.
