Build Identifier: 

The rio implementations all have a catalog ServiceProvider entry similar to:

<oslc:serviceProvider rdf:resource="http://localhost:8080/rio-am/service"/>

The actual implementation has the ServiceProvider at /services.

Please assign this bug to Michael Fiedler

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open the catalog at http://localhost:8080/rio-am/catalog
2.  Copy the oslc:serviceProvider URL and paste in a browser window
3.  404 not found.    Actual URL is /services

I wrote all this code and have the rights to contribute it to Eclipse under the eclipse.org web site terms of use.
