New method added to XMLMarshaller for setNamespaceResolver for JSON support.  If this is not needed for this feature it should be marked internal or moved somewhere JSON specific.

Allows users to specify the pairs of prefix/uris to be used during marshal operations.  Set on a jaxbMarshaller via setProperty.
