I have two remotes configured for my git repository, one for the eclipse.org repository and another for a Gerrit instance. If I try to fetch a patch set from the reviews editor the eclipse.org repository is always pre-selected even though the change is only available from the Gerrit instance (see screenshot).

We would need support in EGit to pass the remote URI along.
