Like the web UI the review editor should support removing reviewers.

This would require the following:
* The gerrit connector can discover if a user has permission to remove a reviewer from a review
* The gerrit reviews editor provides UI to remove a reviewer from a review if the current user has permission
* Removing a reviewer from a review in the UI issues a request to the Gerrit server to remove the reviewer from the review
* If an error occurs during reviewer removal the user is alerted
