The method should be removed or casted class should be changed to
JavaResourceAnnotatedElement.

Dmitry,

We are in the process of shutting down 3.0.1 maintenance for Indigo SR1.  If you want this bug to be fixed in SR1, please follow the hotbug process - http://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP/Hotbug_Policy.  Otherwise this will be fixed in 3.0.2 as it seems there are reasonable workarounds available until then.

This issue does not exist in HEAD so we only need to fix it in maintenance
