I keep getting red dot error marks on correct XPath queries (BPEL process and the queries run fine in ODE). The error says "The XPath segment "child::name_space:Correct_Element_Name" cannot be resolved". 

I think it is only on elements that are defined in a schema imported by a partner-link WSDL. Importing the schema to the process WSDL does not help. I am attaching a project directory.
