Build Identifier: I20110613-1736

Current situation: Drag'n'Drop (DnD) between a view and a stacked view is not possible. User has to bring both views in foreground (or even create a additional folder) to be capable of doing DnD.

Target situation:
The user drags the desired objects. As the target view is stacked (and therefor hidden), he moves the mouse cursor over the tab of the stacked view. After a delay (e.g. 0.5 seconds) the stacked view comes into foreground. The object now may be dropped into the (previously stacked) view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
User wants to drag and drop objects between views.
1. User is starting drag from a selection in view A
2. User is holding the mouse and dragging the object on the view title of a stacked view B
3. System shows the stacked view B in foreground inside the folder
4. User can now drop the object into the target area of the view B.
