It would be nice to be able to obtain serialized report parameters info by making a request to birt viewer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. make a "/getparams" or similar GET request to birt viewer instance with GET parameters containing report design path and output format (json, xml, csv ... ?)
2. In a succesful scenario serialized report parameters info is returned

Current birt viewer implementation doesn't support anything like that.
