Description
David Williams
This should be fixed now. Mind if I reuse this same bugzilla? It appears another one has slipped in? Missing about.html in file: org.eclipse.cdt.p2.source_1.0.0.201109132301.jar according to the latest http://build.eclipse.org/indigo/simrel/reports/layoutCheck.txt Thanks for finding this David. I've updated the build.properties to pick up the source about.html file and will respin. Is that a script we could run with Hudson? (In reply to comment #4) > Is that a script we could run with Hudson? I assume you mean for your own builds? Sort of ... so far a number of projects "have their own version" of such tests (I stand on the shoulders of others :) ... and these "common repo" tests are described in http://wiki.eclipse.org/SimRel/Simultaneous_Release_Reports_FAQ You should be able to, with a day or so of work, to copy/adopt to your own build. One of my long term "nice to have" goals this year is to have a common version in dash, or something, that would "just work" for everyone ... but, I wouldn't wait for that ... you know how those long term "nice to have" priorities are :) But yes, ultimately everyone should be checking for these sorts of things in their own builds. Naturally, if you find anything about the current tests that would make it easier for more general use "out of the box", that'd be great ... just open a bug report (preferably with patch, if appropriate). Thanks, (In reply to comment #5) > (In reply to comment #4) > > Is that a script we could run with Hudson? > > I assume you mean for your own builds? Thanks for the info, I will take a look. |
