Description Wayne Beaton CLA 2011-09-08 15:08:32 EDT
The poster make several references to bugzilla being the place where contributions are tracked. The "Handling Git Contributions" wiki page [1] starts to step us away from that requirement as Git has the ability to track authorship in addition to the committer information. With Gerrit, the need to work contributions through Bugzilla more-or-less disappears.

The poster should be updated to either include Gerrit as an equal option to Bugzilla tracking.

Janet, Gerrit support is coming (Bug 283749). We should anticipate needing this update by the end of the year.
