The action Remove Line seems to me inconsistent when we are work with a synchronized table. 
For synchronized table, this action should be test if the line comes from the synchronization (we can't remove it) 
or from a drop action (we can remove it).

The difficult point is that this action comes from EMF-Facet Nattable and not from Papyrus. (maybe with the capabilities?)
