These files are used by the debugger, and created by the Java generator. Users don't need to know anything about these files, and they add clutter to the Java source folders (we generate an SMAP for pretty much every .java file). A filter would be a good way to hide these files.

Added SMAPViewerFilter.java to org.eclipse.edt.debug.ui, as well as a reference to it in plugin.xml.
