wizardPageImageDescriptor from:

ImageDescriptor wizardPageImageDescriptor = TeamUIPlugin.getImageDescriptor(ITeamUIImages.IMG_WIZBAN_SHARE);

could be passed as a parameter to org.eclipse.releng.tools.ReleaseWizard.addMapSelectionPage(ImageDescriptor) so it's not retrieved for the second time.
