Proposition:

Filter of SIE/DTE UI tree is expected to filter only parent nodes, but not all (children ones) nodes.

Consider the proposal.

If we filter only parent nodes, wouldn't that make the editor less usable when trying to search for a specific element?
Most of the time you will be editing existing XSDs, not creating new ones.
