Jing's comment in a note: I think in RBD/CE, a dialog opens saying that the deployment descriptor has no target project defined, do you want to define one now? Yes - will open the .egldd in editor, and have the focus on the target project combo, so user can create one No - will do nothing. no deployment will happen. I also believe that's how it should work.
