As the commit http://git.eclipse.org/c/equinox/rt.equinox.bundles.git/commit/?h=R3_7_maintenance&id=794755885019460c4ab073e9a294ae6eb572bf9c shows it appears the project features/org.eclipse.equinox.starterkit.product.feature did not get conditioned correctly for the git migration.  It is missing from the R3_7_maintenance branch.

We need to add it back.

I added back the content from the tag v20110502 to the 3.7 branch:
