If there are unsaved changes to an annotation attribute and user attempts to delete the attribute, they're presented with the dialog:

- Are you sure you want to delete? after clicking on yes, they're presented with dialog:
- There are unsaved changes, would you like to save?  <- this dialog should never be presented and annotation should just be removed.

Reproducible: Always

Now save annotation dialog isn't displayed in case of deleted annotation.
