Build Identifier: 

The SmartColumn New Wizard allows to choose between defining a CodeType or a LookupCall.
The same functionality should be available for the SmartField New Wizard which currently only allows to select a CodeType.

removed iplog flag from ticket and added iplog flag to attachment
