Build Identifier: 20110907 nightly build

Comments in code show wrong color when drag and droped in VE. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a RUI handler
2. Comment some useless code
3. Switch to Design view and drag a button to Gridlayout
4. Switch back to source view, the comments show wrong color, which should be dark green.

This is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD, so I am deferring the fix to 1.0.
