Preferences in EGL Editor context menu should open to General>EGL>Editor.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open EGL file in EGL Editor.
2.Right click for context menu.
3.Click Preferences.
4.Opens Preferences to General>Editors>Text Editors.
5.Should open to General>EGL>Editor.
