In Scout SWT Client:
If columns in a Table are reorganized and there is a ColumnFilter enabled, the ColumnFilter-Menu opens the filter-dialog for the wrong column.

Loops over columns according their current display-order to find currently selected column.

removed iplog flag from ticket and added iplog flag to attachment
