I'm in ask user strategy.
I don't have the papyrus notification view open
I open a model that contains controlled resource and I answer yes to load the sub resource. The sub resource is not loaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select the ask user strategy for model loading
2. Close the papyrus notification view
3. Open a model that contains controlled resource
4. Answer yes to load the sub resource
5. The sub resource is not loaded

This is no longer a problem, right = close the bug?

I cannot reproduce the issue on the current version
