I have committed a fix and tested briefly with cometd.war

can you confirm and resolve this issue if all is OK.

I have improved the dependency declaration by adding explicit dependencies to jetty-io, jetty-util and jetty-http with normal scope.
These are needed to run webapps that use the websocket client in non-Jetty containers.
