Hi,

It often happens that you start a C project and you later have to write some parts in C++ and you'd like the project to take this into account.

Currently, there is no way to convert a C project to a C++ one.
It seems that editing the .project and adding a "ccnature" does the trick but it is certainly not something users should have to do.

Such a feature would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Jérôme.

Reproducible: Always

An appropriate place to do that could be in "Convert to a C/C++ Project" wizard.

Hi,

Is anybody willing to fix this, please?
I'm disappointed it has not been addressed in CDT 8.1

Regards,

Jérôme.
