When an Ecore file is loaded, it can be added to the history as a separate step. However, it would be nice if the loading is detected and the addition is automatically proposed by the recorder. This increases the usability of the editor integration of Edapt.

This function has been implemented in EcoreEditorDetector and EditingDomainListener.
