The refactoring currently fails often with strange error messages. We should generally revise error conditions, handling and reporting.

Now
- using less Exceptions
- introduced a StatusWrapper capable of producing reasonable RefactoringStatusContexts, e.g. showing problematic link locations
- unwrapped some invocation target exception in linked editing
