Where in Mylyn's source can I find the code that emits the HTML and CSS for images?

I've attached a Mylyn context pointing to the relevant code.  (see org.eclipse.mylyn.internal.wikitext.mediawiki.core.token.ImageReplacementToken and org.eclipse.mylyn.wikitext.mediawiki.core.MediaWikiLanguageTest)
