LocalTypeHierarchyService can only retrieve the first layer super/sub classes, but not further nested level.

For example A : B : C as classes hierarchy, LocalTypeHierarchyService can find B only but unable to find A.

The code in the patch was checked into ptp_4_1 on Aug. 30.
