The default RUI handler created by the RUIHandler creation wizard contains a GridLayout, and if open the default handler with the VE, it can never be displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Use the development workspace to reproduce the problem.

1. Check out the org.eclipse.edt.rui.widgets_0.7.0 from kan-cvs-save.ottawa.ibm.com.
2. Create a 'Web Client Project'.
3. Reference to the project check out in the 1st step.
3. Create a default RUI handler, and open with VE. The handler can never be displayed.

There is a dead recursive loop when generating HTML for a handler which includes a GridLayout.
